You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want- zig zigglar

If you have ever listened to or read anything by Zig Ziglar, then you have heard this quote it is his man tram to success. I am trying to use this a litmus test for any venture I am in or any venture I am thinking to get in. Ziglar also say 'this is just another way to say or put the Golden rule.'

Often when we are thinking about doing some thing the "whats in it for me" seems to be the only thing we think about, and when I say "we" I mean everyone especially my self. This mind set is very natural. The key is to get past that so you can start think about others.

I think this quote counts even more for leaders, when you start trying to help other people grow and get what they want and need, it come back to you.
