Leadership Quality 3: Good leaders know they don't know everything.
Leadership Quality 4: Good leaders are open to change.
Leadership Quality 5: Good leaders go the extra mile.



Great list of leadership qualities and thanks for sharing!

Let’s look at that list:

Know Themselves- Every one needs to know who they are, but don’t forget that there are areas you can grow in and change.

Committed- If a leader is not committed then they will fall when anything gets past their comfort level, and if the leader is not committed the followers will know and they will not be committed either.

Know they don’t know everything- Being able to know they don’t know everything is hard for some leaders. Being able to be honest to their team of their own weakness and what they don’t know is even more rare. Those who can will have a more effective leadership.

open to change- … change, do we even need to talk about how big change is? Change is constant, and if you want to be successful you need to be able to evolve and evolve fast with the world.

go the extra mile- In many thing success is just shortly after where many people would have given up. Going the extra mile can also mean doing extra.
