First of all Leader should act like a leader. He should be honest and passionate about whatever activity he does. He should be ready to face any challenges and simultaneously be ready to face the consequence of his work. He should take confidence of all the people and his followers and should also maintain their confidence.

Regarding law of the country, first of all he should obey all the laws of the country, so that public will come to know the importance of law. He should be good Speaker as well as good Listener. He should understand that he is representative of people and he is for the people. He should understand needs of the people and should give his 100% to fulfill their needs. He should think in positive way towards his opponents. He should try to bring people together of different religion. He should able to reduce crime during his tenure. He should make a proper planning for all the development activities. In case of emergency he should be able to take appropriate and quick decision in order to minimize the risk. He should be sure of his decision. He should obey and give equal respect to all his subordinate
