Qualities of good leaders

Leader is the person who has the ability to lead the group of people to his or her category. The leader is the responsible person who can be able to communicate effectively and have good social interaction with the higher officials to guide their followers in the right path.

But now a days the leaders are not performing the duties of the designated role, instead they are indirect supporters of the financially sound person who can provide the bribe and gift in large amount. The good qualities of the leader are as follows:
Leader should be a good communicative

• Should be able person to analyze the pros and cons of the people who are all under his guidance


• should not be biased


• should be a soft hearted


• should not be selfish and should be intelligent and tackle all the problems created by environmental factors.

There are many politicians who played a good role of the leader and explained both theoretically and practically the qualities of teacher. For example if we take in India, Mahatma Gandhiji, father of India, a man of simplicity and intelligent. He brought the Indian freedom without war and blood. So the leader should be very passion. The vision of the leader should be consideration of others with far vision. Should not be short term thinking. The person should be well planned the keep working hard and keep going person. He should be emotionally managed person at all times
