This teaches me that as I grow in my career, I need to develop vision and a view of the larger picture in order to be a good leader. I try my best to learn a little bit about the larger picture and right and wrong everyday thanks to this quote. Knowing the larger picture and vision, let me know what the right thing is to do. Then from there I have to take next step and get that right thing done.

Nice quote, it makes me think of the hole digger who is digging a great hole but is digging in the wrong spot. Work hard is good, but like you said make sure it is doing the right thing.
