They should not look at “what situation is” but they have to look at “what situation could be”. They have to express their passionate and compassion in a wise manner.

Especially leaders for businesses or for any kind of projects should have capability to screen any kind of voluntary incoming opportunity or information to constantly seek new growth opportunities.

They should have desire and ambition to serve others voluntarily and sincerely.
