A leader should have all the good characteristics to be an able administrator. In a leadership the character, talents and attitudes of a leader are essential. A great leader should have a vision of advancement. He should always be honest, reliable, trustworthy and respected by others. A great leader should consult and take the viewpoints of his subordinates and then consider taking a decision.

There should be good cooperation and communication among his subordinates. He should include them in planning, decision making and in organizational skills. I would prefer a leader with democratic leadership qualities who will be liked and accepted by all.

He should also think big and be able to communicate properly. He should have a character, which will make him stand out in a crowd. He should be able to motivate the people working with him and would perform consistently well. He should be humble enough to accept criticism from the opposition.
