Effective and Superior Leadership Styles

I am an effective and unique leader because I still manage to give others a chance to contribute their own ideas, even if I am leading a project. Effective leadership requires deferring to other sometimes. Also, effective leadership entails truly understanding what others think is a good idea, even at the expense of your own ideas. Fortunately, if others' ideas are too of the wall, leaders can bring attention to other, more fruitful ideas. Ultimately, however, a good leader is not a totalitarian.
As a great leader, I delegate responsibility but do not refuse to help others in their decisions once I have delegated. I am always there to help and provide guidance. As a leader I am personally charismatic and warm yet still a force to be reckoned with. To that extent, people are not afraid to give feedback and explain why something is or isn’t getting done, or how something could be strengthened or improved.
