don't lock your self to just one style

Your leadership style (for leaders, can be in any leadership roll usually there are varieties of leadership in practice and every person follows a particular style of leadership. But “following a particular form of leadership is not advisable”.

In my office I am totally in charge for eleven staff. Every staff behaving naturally with their own nature and sometimes they are behaving abnormally, I think this abnormal behavior is due to their own current family negative happenings and that will be completely against their own nature and unsuitable for their original nature.

During these situations I will follow so many strategies to run the situation in a smooth manner. Usually leadership is not meant for exhibiting our power or in charge authority on our subordinates. By using our leadership qualities, we have to extract more quantity and quality of work from them.

Our subordinates should not feel any guilty conscious on us and they should respect their leader instead of having fear. I will be very strict in following their duty procedures. I will make them to learn work properly and I will not expect them to be subdued to me always. I will not discourage them always and I am friendlier with them.
One thing we have to understand clearly that even though they are equally well qualified, their individual natural capabilities are varying definitely. According to their individual family situations also I will calculate in extracting work from them. In my presence they can go anywhere with my permission and I will allow them frequently. But during my absence they have to be very sincere in doing their work. I will spend my own money enormously if they feel tired in busy days and times for refreshing them.

I will not allow forming any kind of inflexibility situations among the staff that will demoralize their sincerely. I will advice thrice or even more than thrice instead of once for their mistakes. In a rare situation only I will punish any one of the staff for his mistake to give a lesson for all other staff. Then in an appropriate chances I will do favor for such punishment student in double.



I will not degrade my staff in front of even my boss or any other department staff at any cost. Even if a mistake is with my staff, I will never degrade them and on behalf them I will fight or console my boss or other staffs. Then in privacy, I will warn my staff strictly for their mistakes and I will teach them how to avoid such mistakes in future. I will not be always extrovert with my staff and I will take care of their own family problems also.

I do not take any decisions on my own interest and I will discuss the matter with all my staff even with my department assistants, sweepers also. During festival I will spend more money for giving them gifts and sometimes surprisingly I will provide edibles in the evenings with coffee or tea as their choice. Following particular type or style of leadership quality is entirely waste and according to the staff’s natural tendencies, weakness, capacity, amount of work, their family situations, ailments etc., only we have to act with them for bright improvements and loving coordination.

Lots of good thought, when I think of leadership styles, I use them to include as part, but not as the whole. If you limited your self, you may miss some opportunities. At the same time I think it good to study different styles to get ideas to take for your self.
