Many of us were useless guys at age of 18 in Studies.

Our parents joined us for a Diploma course in an institute called M.N. Technical Institute. It was almost defeat accepted by all the parents. But the person, legend leading that institute promised our Parents that:

"A STUDENT WHO JOINS OUR COLLAGE WILL DECENTLY GET OUT WITH FIRST CLASS"

he motivated all the faculties to work for students at all the times. Evening from 6 to 10:30 we had special classes from day one. And students are from different states with different medium of study. Morning we had prayer and evening at the end NATIONAL ANTHEM. And on the fine day it happened and all of us came out with flying colors with more DISIPLINE.

Today he is not with us but what he taught us we preach others now. On the day he passed is depavali(festival) all parents, students let off on the day.

The only difference is that his DISCIPLINED LEADERSHIP.
