“A great leader's courage to fulfill his vision comes from passion, not position.”- John Maxwell

by Andrew McNair
(Pensacola, Fl, )

Why do so many people fail to be great leaders? People try to force themselves or "position" their way to be leaders. The best way to became a great leader is by following your passion and being ruthless about implementing goals you've set for your passion. After you persistently repeat this, then people magnetize to you for leadership.

Thanks Andrew McNair

John Maxwell is one of my favorite leadership authors. I can agree that many times people think of leadership and the position of management as the same but they are not.

There are plenty of leaders with no title.

There are plenty of mangers with no leadership skills.
